If it were looking for the OTF font, then the question still remains, why is it showing that its looking for a "Type1" font?
You need to create fonts folder under assets folder in your project and put your TTF into it and in the main or in your activity you can set the fonts as. Sign up using Facebook.

ttekton Post as a guest Name. It happens on all the systems we have here so its not just an isolated incident. When I open the file in X6, this is what the font actually is that X8 says is missing: I guess you can now implement the same for Buttons or whatever you want to yourself. All the above answers are right.
